Pizza recipe **
Makes one(1) 9” pizza    Preparation Time: ~1hr    Cooking time : ~30’

Ingredients
- 150 gr    BiAglut Bread Flour
- 2 tsp    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp    Leavening
- 3 oz    Warm water
- 1 tsp    Salt
- Garnish    Tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano

Directions
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature
- Dissolve leavening in warm water
- Sift the flour and salt, then add water with yeast and mix together
- Add the oil while continuing to mix
- Pour the mixture on a work surface and knead dough by hand until uniform and smooth
- Grease a pan with oil and spread the pizza dough onto it
- Top pizza with tomatoes, oregano, salt.  Cover with plastic and let rise for 30-35 minutes, until the dough has doubled in volume
- Bake in preheated 450 F oven for ~15 min
- Remove from oven, garnish with mozzarella and cook an additional 5-7 minutes

Makes one(1) of bread    Preparation Time: 20’    Cooking time : ~30’

Ingredients
- 500 gr    BiAglut Bread Flour
- 40 gr    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 gr    Leavening
- 290 gr    Warm water
- 10 gr    Salt

Directions
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature
- Dissolve leavening in warm water
- Sift the flour and salt, then add water with yeast and mix together
- Add the oil while continuing to mix
- Pour the mixture on a work surface and knead dough by hand until uniform and smooth
- Divide dough in four(4) smaller pieces
- Rest dough on a greased and floured surface, cover with plastic and let double in volume
- Before placing in over, make small cuts on the surface of each loaf, and if needed brush lightly with milk (this would give your bread a shiny look when cooked)
- Bake in a preheated 450 F over for ~25-50 minutes
- Let rest a few minutes before eating
