Just like wheat lasagna

These lasagna noodles taste great and the texture is right. I found out the hard way, though, that you must use the manufacturer's cooking suggestion of parboiling them in a shallow pan. It's a little more labor intensive than some other pastas but totally worth it. Even people who can eat wheat can't tell my lasagna is gluten free!
