The FARMO products are all manufactured in Italy and are all certified
Gluten Free, which, as mandated by Italian law, means that they must
have <20 ppm of gluten. As can be seen from the documents below,
deglutinated wheat starch has a level of "9 ppm" and "below 5 ppm" As such, even in Italy, you can find gluten-free products with wheat starch, in the Register of gluten-free Italian Ministry of Health…”
