"Le Veneziane" are made from 100% corn meal flour, and their yellow color comes from the natural carotenes (provitamin A) contained in the actual corn.  It is a food that has been specially designed for those with gluten intolerance.  The excellent cooking qualities ensure that this pasta tastes great and is easily digestible.

About emulsifier E471:
- Allows binding of starches in the absence of gluten
- It’s a mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (The diglycerides are derived from non-GMOs vegetable plants: flax & sunflower seeds, which  thru a refining process become mono-diglycerides)
- It’s not a carcinogen and it’s present in everyday food (i.e cheese, ham, meat, eggs)
- The Italian Ministerial Decree #209 of ‘96 provides that E471 can be added in any formula and Appendix 10 specifies that there are no specific quantity guidelines, having been found absolutely harmless.   The appendix also specifies that it can be added to other ingredients in the sufficient amount so as to make the dough workable/pliable.

Best pasta for ''pasta alla matriciana!

Uhmmm! so good! perfect pasta to make pasta all matriciana! Use the white part of the green onion and some garlic and diced pancetta and add your tomatoes and there you go! Perfect for this kind of pasta and of course any other type of dishes can be made with this pasta! I love it!
