These are the best gluten free crackers we've tried so far, and we've tried so many! The consistency is perfect, just like a saltine, and the taste, with the hint of rosemary, is fantastic.

We found these in a market in Sorrento, Italy, and carried them all over Italy with us. When we got back to USA, I started looking for them right away; so glad to find them here. They are a neutral tasting cracker- like saltine or water cracker; great with cheese or nutella!
