Ingredients: Potato puree 84% (water, potato flakes, potato starch), corn flour, corn starch, salt, rice flour, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, natural flavoring.

How to cook: when the salted water reaches the boil, place the gnocchi in the pot. When they float on the surface, wait ~2 minutes, drain and then serve.

Storage instructions: Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
