Ingredients
Rehydrated potato flakes (85%) , white rice flour (11%), potato starch, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
How to cook: when the salted water reaches the boil, place the gnocchi in the pot. When they float on the surface, wait ~2 minutes, drain and then serve.
Storage instructions: Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
