GMO free – Egg / Dairy / Nut Free – Vegan

Ingredients:  rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origins, flavourings), maize flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, flavouring.

How to cook: when the salted water reaches the boil, place the gnocchi in the pot. When they float on the surface, wait 1-2 minutes, drain and then serve.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not pierce the packaging. Once the package is open store in refrigerator and consume it within 3 days. Product wrap in protective atmosphere.
